Returns and exchanges

Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed. Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request to receive return instructions.

Plush Home covers shipping costs for returns and exchanges. The return address is Plush Home, 2233 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77098, United States. Returns are not accepted at our physical store; please contact us for shipping instructions before returning an item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and, where possible, photographs so we can help arrange an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
